Shiv Yadav
Shiv Yadav is a dynamic Gen-Z leader who has emerged as a powerful voice for Nepal's youth in the political arena. With a passion for social justice and democratic values, Shiv founded YouthVoice Nepal to create a platform where young people can actively participate in shaping the country's future.
Born and raised in Kathmandu, Shiv witnessed firsthand the challenges facing Nepali youth—from unemployment to limited political representation. This inspired him to bridge the gap between young citizens and political processes, ensuring that the concerns of his generation are heard at the highest levels.
Through his leadership, YouthVoice Nepal has grown into a movement that empowers thousands of young Nepalis to engage in political discourse, community organizing, and advocacy for issues that matter to them.

Our Journey
Foundation of YouthVoice Nepal
Shiv Yadav establishes YouthVoice Nepal with a small group of passionate university students, organizing campus discussions on youth political participation.
First National Youth Convention
Hosted our first national convention with over 500 youth participants from across Nepal, establishing ourselves as a growing movement.
Digital Expansion
Pivoted to digital platforms during the pandemic, reaching thousands of youth through online workshops and social media campaigns.
Policy Advocacy Initiative
Launched our first policy advocacy campaign, successfully influencing local government to increase youth representation in decision-making bodies.
National Expansion
Expanded to 7 provinces with local chapters, establishing YouthVoice Nepal as the country's leading youth political engagement organization.
